hot brown sugah opens her trap yet again
was watching operah. she told us her diet. initially, i tot it was bloody eaaasssyyyyyyy. lemme share wit u what they were:
1. no more white.
easy! i prefer wholegrain bread anyways. i don't like rice. sub the refined white with vege as vege contains loadds of fibre AND carb (no wonder vege makes me full..... so they contain carb too eh? *bimbo squint*)
2. no alchohol
pfft! even when DARED to.... no thankiuk hor! haven't tried it, don't want to.
3.no sugar.
chet! look at me no up! okay... i love my chocs. but can eat in moderation rite? nyeheheh!
4, 5, 6.... i can't remember la. i guess i don't have whatever she said NO to anyways.
now... this is where it gets rrrrrrrrrreally exciting! heh!
7. no eating aft 7.30pm.
nak mampos? i have breakfast (or my 1st meal rather) is at noon. and its cool/cold here at night. my bedtime? arnd midnight.

8. strenuous exercise at LEAST 8 times A WEEK.
squeezing 2 fitness classes a week is good enough already for me. okay, 3 la. i'm gonna signn up for another fitness class soon. but high activity exercise sessions?
LU BLEH RELEKSUA.
so now, i'm keeping my options open. which means.... liposuction is IN plan B. heh! next step? save money for liposuction JUST IN CASE.
or mebbe i should sign up for sure slim? or jenny craig? hhmmmmmm...........
